The apartment, newly renovated , is located in the medieval quarter of San Pellegrino, on a raised ground floor, ideal for families with children, elderly people or with reduced mobility. It is a mix of modern and antique, equipped with all comforts, with a fully equipped kitchenette. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and major attractions such as the Cathedral and the Papal Palace and a 5-minute drive from the Terme (hot-springs). Free parking is 400 meters away.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living / kitchen area with the possibility of adding extra beds.

The apartment is a ten-minute walk from the Porta Romana train station linking Viterbo with Rome and Lake Bracciano, and five minutes on foot from a large outdoor parking area. There is also a spot available where you can park a bicycle if you bring one or rent one nearby.
